i lived in coburg as a teen and moved back a couple of years ago. kōra is my love letter to a place i’ve watched evolve, and a community i love.
i discovered pilates after an injury - like so many do - and was instantly hooked. when i couldn’t find a space in coburg that felt like a sanctuary and a place for real connection, i decided to create it.
kōra is for anyone who wants to move with intention - to build strength, improve mobility, heal, or just play. a space to slow down, tune in, and find your rhythm.
