Kora Circle: Nourish & Regulate with Chanel from Her Wellness Cove

We're thrilled to introduce our first Kōra Circle!
An intimate gathering designed to explore the deep connection between movement, nutrition, and nervous system health.
On March 7th, we're bringing together two essential pillars of regulation: intentional movement and mindful nutrition. Our guest, nutritionist Chanel Shaya from Her Wellness Cove, will guide us through understanding how the foods we choose directly impact our nervous system and overall sense of wellbeing.
What to expect
The afternoon begins with a 30 minute Breath & Stretch Class at 12:30pm - a grounding practice that combines breathwork with fascial release to help you arrive into your body and settle your nervous system. This slower, more intentional approach to movement creates the perfect foundation for deeper learning and connection.
After class, we'll gather for a nourishing lunch at 1:00pm, giving us time to connect as a group before diving into Chanel's workshop. At 1:30pm, she'll explore the gut-nervous system connection and share practical, actionable tools you can integrate into your daily life. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how to make mindful dietary choices that support regulation, not just in theory, but in your real, everyday life.
