Winter is the season to slow down. It's also the season where showing up can get harder.
The Slow Burn is a 28 day challenge built to deepen your Reformer Pilates practice, build mindful rituals and keep showing up. A bingo card on the front desk to track your progress and a community doing it with you.
Sixteen squares to fill across June: four weeks of classes and quiet rituals to keep you going. Some are challenging. Some are just five minutes of breathing before bed. There'll be prizes, a few (fun) surprises, and a closing celebration waiting for everyone who finishes the card. Let’s do it!

Who can join
The Slow Burn is open to everyone. If you're already a member, find your membership tier below - we've made a booster pack to top up your classes for the month. If you're new to Kōra Pilates and want to dive into the challenge - our 16-class Slow Burn Pass is built just for the challenge.
